Canine Cookies

1 ½ cups whole wheat flour

1 cup flour

1 cup skim milk powder

1/3 cup melted beef fat or bacon drippings

1 large egg, fork beaten

1 cup cold water

Combine both flours and milk powder in large bowl.

Drizzle with fat. Add egg and cold water. Mix well

to form dough. Turn out onto lightly floured surface.

Roll out to ½ inch thickness. Cut out with bone or

dog shaped cookie cutters. Place on ungreased cookie

sheet and bake in 300 f oven for 60 minutes.

Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
