All Bran Muffins

¾ cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 cup milk

1 cup flour

2 tbsp butter

1 cup all bran

3 tsp baking power

Cream sugar and butter, add egg and all bran.

Pour milk over, let stand 10 minutes. Add

Flour and baking powder. Put in muffin tins.

Bake in a moderate oven.
