Chocolate Mocha Loaf

¼ cup butter

1 cup sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup milk

1 tbsp instant coffee

Cream butter & sugar in bowl. Beat eggs

one at a time. Stir in vanilla, milk & coffee.

2 cups flour

½ cup cocoa

1 tbsp baking powder

¾ tsp salt

½ cup chocolate chips

Stir next 4 ingredients together in separate bowl

then add to first mixture. Stir just to moisten.

turn into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with chocolate

chips. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or when tooth pick

comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes and remove

from pan to rack. Cool completely and wrap in plastic.
