Cloud Biscuits

4 cup all purpose flour

1 cup shortening

8 tsp baking powder

1 1/3 cup milk

1 tbsp white sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp salt

Sift flour add baking powder, sugar, and salt.

Cut in shortening. Add milk, and eggs. Mix

lightly. Bake in oven at 450 F for 10 – 12 minutes.
