Lace Cookies

1/3 cup butter or margarine

2/3 cup brown sugar

1 tbsp flour

¼ tbsp flour

1 tbsp milk

Grated peel of lemon

1 cup oats

Beat butter and sugar together until creamy. Add

flour, salt, milk and lemon peel. Beat well

stirring oats. Bake 2” apart at 350 F. 6 – 8 minutes
