Cooking Oil Pastry

4 cups all purpose flour

2 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 cup cooking oil

1 cup cold water

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl.

Add cooking oil and cold water. Mix with fork until

dough forms a ball. Divide into 4 balls. Use immediately

or cover with plastic wrap and chill. Makes enough

pastry for 2 double-crust pie shells.
