Hot Fudge Pudding

1 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoon melted shortening
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Sauce: 3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon cocoa
1 3/4 cups hot water

Add all dry ingredients; mix lightly. Combine shortening, milk

and vanilla; add to flour mixture. Blend well; spread in greased

8x8 inch pan. Sauce: Combine sugar, cocoa and hot water;

pour over batter in pan. Bake 45 minutes in 350F oven. Serve

with ice cream or whipped cream.
