Cheesy Potato Snacks

4 medium potatoes, washed, unpeeled

¼ cup melted butter for brushing

12 to 14 slices cooked bacon

1 ¼ cup finely shredded marble cheese

Preheat oven to 375 F. Cut a thin slice from ends of each

potato. Discard. Cut potatoes into ½ inch thick slices.

Grease a cookie sheet and place potatoes in a single layer

on it. Brush with melted butter (A kid’s paintbrush works

well). Bake for 10 minutes. Spoon crumbled bacon on

potatoes. Add cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese

melts.
