  Our Family

It took us over an hour but we finally found the center of the labyrinth.  This was at the Woodleigh Castle Replicas in PEI.  My favorite attraction on this tiny island.

Creamed Chicken & Biscuits

½ large onion

1 ½ tsp butter

4 cups chopped cooked chicken

1 10 ¾ oz can of cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

½ cup milk

1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese

6 frozen biscuits, thawed

Preheat oven to 350 f.  Grease 11x7 baking dish.  Chop onion.

Heat butter in a skillet and add onion. Saute 3-5 minutes until tender.

Combine onion, chicken, soup, sour cream and milk in a medium

bowl and mix well.  Put mixture in baking dish and bake in oven

for 15 minutes.  Sprinkle with ¾ cup of the cheese.  Arrange biscuits

on top and sprinkle with remaining cheddar.  Bake until biscuits are

golden brown and the sauce is bubbly, about 20 minutes.  Serve immediately
