Meat:
1.785 Kg hamburger (Big value
pack)
2 ½ tsp flour
1 pinch of garlic powder (may
very on your taste)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning (may
very on your taste)
1 pinch cayenne pepper (may very
on your taste)
Mix together knead into long
rolls. Put into 350 F
oven for about 45 minutes. Take
out cut in half to
check the inside then cook for
15 more minutes.
Extra
hot & spicy Donair Meat:
1 ½ lbs hamburger
2 ½ tsp flour
2 ½ garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp pepper
2 ½ tsp cayenne pepper
2 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Mix together, knead into long

Donair
sauce
1 can cold whole milk
2/3 cup white sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
Mix in blender start low work up
to high and back
To low. Keeping blending on low
and gradually add
6 to 7 tbsp vinegar until sauce
thickens. Store in fridge
