Mushroom Steak & Gravy

2 Large packs of steak (cut up in cubes)

4 Cans of beef gravy

1 Large green pepper

4 Cans mushrooms (stems and pieces)

1 Bundle of celery

1 Large onion

Fry steak till cooked thru. Cut up green

pepper celery and onion in small pieces.

Add to steak along with mushrooms with

liquid in can. Simmer med heat till liquid

evaporates. Then add beef gravy. Simmer on

low heat for approx 30 mins.
