Quick Lunch Wraps

1 pkg deli style chicken slices

1/3 cup light sour cream

2 tsp lime juice

¼ tsp hot pepper sauce (optional)

2-10 inch soft tortillas

½ cup shredded carrot

1/3 of an English cucumber cut into thin strips

2 cups shredded romaine lettuce

Combine sour cream, lime juice, and pepper sauce. Spread mixture on

both tortillas. Divide chicken and vegetables equally between tortillas.

Roll up and cut in half. Makes 4 sandwiches.
