Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Meatballs:

1lb hamburger

1 tbsp minced garlic

salt & pepper

2 – 3 tbsp green pepper

small onion, chopped fine

Mix together, roll in small balls. Sauté till brown

Sauce:

1 cup water

¼ cup vinegar

2 tbsp cornstarch

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup ketchup

Bring to boil till thickened. Add meatballs & heat.

Serve over rice or with potato salad.
