The Frying Egg Trick

A purchased bun-size ring (or a clean, empty tuna can with

both ends removed) can be used to fry an egg. Be sure to

grease ring well on the inside. Place in frying pan. Break

egg into ring. Break egg yolk. When finished cooking, run

knife around inside edge to loosen egg. (Makes a perfect

size egg for a English muffin).
