President of The Black Knights, "Smoke" (Laurence Fishburne) has his authority questioned by his son, "Kid" (Derek Luke) after their chief mechanic is killed in a cycling mishap. Kid rebelliously starts his own biker gang, although quite a bit more multicultural than dad's. Through racing, he hopes to gain street cred and usurp Smoke's rule. However, Kid has his hands full with other motorcycle gangs trying to do the same. Insult to injury, he's also whizzing off another bike mechanic from a rival gang who doesn't want him trying to get with his tattoo artist sister.
