Ford Fairline (Andrew Dice Clay) is known as the ‘Rock and Roll detective’. His life is going smoothly until a big time rock and roll star, Johnny Crunch (Gilbert Gottfried) is killed and he needs to investigate the murder. Crunch was a client of Fairlane, one he sorely needed, because Crunch was paying him cash. Most of his clients pay him with autographed photos and drumsticks. Now, Fairlane is left to watch over Crunch’s son and investigate the murder and track down a woman called Zuzu Petals (Maddie Corman). This leads him to confrontations with a hitman known as Smiley (Robert Englund) and record executive Julian Grendel (Wayne Newton) and many others.
