The serial killer turned child’s doll, Charles “Chucky” Lee Ray (Brad Dourif), is revived by Chucky’s human girlfriend Tiffany (Jennifer Tilly). Chucky decides that if he is going to be stuck inside a doll, that he doesn’t want to be alone. He kills Tiffany and then traps her spirit inside a similar, female doll. Now that the two have found their happy ever after, they decide to go on a killing spree. They take their taste for blood down Route 66 when they hitch a ride in the car of uninformed young hosts, lovers Jade (Katherine Heigl) and Jesse (Nick Stabile).
