Luc Deveraux (Jean-Claude Van Damme ) returns as a dead soldier who had been brought back to life as a super soldier is again called into service against SETH (Self Evolving Thought Helix). SETH is a computer program that self evolved and rebeled against his masters. He kills his programmers and moved his conciousness into another universal soldier. The two are pitted against each other as SETH tries to get the access code from Luc in order to become invincible. He is finally defeated with liquid nitrogen.
