“Kuffs” is a comical turn in the life of George Kuffs (Christian Slater). To try and gander some capital for an over seas venture, Kuffs visit his older brother Brad Kuffs (Bruce Boxleitner). However when Brad is shot in the line of duty, Kuffs inherits his brother’s special patrol squad. A slacker who never finished college, lost his girlfriend, Maya Carlton (Milla Jovovich) and can barely take care of his dog, Kuffs now has to go to school to learn how to be a squad captain. At first the squad and the locals in the district in which Kuffs now patrols don’t accept him. Not only does Kuffs need to grow up, he has to earn the respect of his peers and solve his brother’s murder.
