Fool (Brandon Adams) is a teenage boy living with his sister and infirm mother in the ghetto. When the month finally came that the family didn’t have enough to pay the rent, Fool doesn’t know what to do. Leroy (Ving Rhames) convinces him to break into his landlord’s house and steal something valuable, like his prized coin collection. The two do break in with the help of Leroy’s friend Spenser (Jeremy Roberts), only to find themselves in a situation they were not prepared for. Their landlords are an insane brother and sister duo who kidnap young boys, imprisoning them as “their sons” in the basement. They will also kill those who visit their house. Fool meets Alice (A.J. Langer), the landlord’s abused daughter and his only salvation. Together they lead the landlords on a mad chase through the house as they try to save themselves and their community from the psychotic couple.
