Harley Davidson (Mickey Rourke) and his cowboy friend named Marlboro Man (Don Johnson) are two rough -and-tumble renegades. When they find out that their mutual friend is in some financial straits, they resolve to do something about it. Their friend is in danger of losing his bar and so to help pay the bills, Harley and the Marlboro Man plot to rob a bank. Successful, they find out later that the stash in the back of the armored transfer van is not money at all, but a new synthetic drug called "crystal dream". Now they are targeted by corrupt criminal bank manager (Tom Sizemore) and killers of the drug mob who want not only the drugs back, but the deaths of Harley and Marlboro.
