Fudge

 

2 cups brown sugar

3 tbsp butter

1 pinch salt

1/3 cup cocoa

¾ cup can milk

1 tsp vanilla

 

Bake until it forms a hard ball in cold water.

Remove from heat and add vanilla.

Beat until thickened. Put in greased pan and

Chill.

 

Fudge

 

1 cup brown sugar

½ cup butter

 

Place on stove until melted. Let cool 2 to 3 minutes.

 

Then add:

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 heaping cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

 

 

Fudge

 

½ cup cocoa

2 cups sugar

2/3 cup milk

2 tbsp margarine

1 tsp vanilla

 

Add && mix on stove. When done put into greased

pans and cool if light fudge is preferred omit

cocoa.

When done should run stringy then beat with spoon

For about 10 minutes or until color changes.
